Delivery Policy

​CREA8 MANAGEMENT PTY LTD / Supply Portal is excited to offer our valued customers free delivery on online orders over $100 excluding GST anywhere in Australia. If your order is above $100 excluding GST and complies with the conditions below, we will ship your order to you quickly, efficiently, and absolutely free! Orders under $100 (ex. GST) incur a flat rate delivery charge of $29.50 excl GST. Orders placed with CREA8 MANAGEMENT PTY LTD / Supply Portal can expect to receive in-stock items within 1-5 business days.*

*Surcharges will apply to products that fall into either of the below categories. These products that are clearly marked on our website:

Bulky Goods Surcharge – products that have a weight of greater than 15kg or are considered ‘bulky’ in their packaging. Freight charge will be calculated at checkout.

Dangerous Goods Surcharge – if your order contains any dangerous goods (DG), a standard $10 surcharge will apply to your order unless otherwise stated.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

We want each order to reach you as quickly as possible

So that you know what to expect, we provide some general guidelines here, though the timing of delivery of your order may be slightly different to that outlined below.

Delivery methods

We have an inhouse distribution centre that distribute Australia-wide. To support our service offering we also use DHL, DFE, TOLL and Australia Post as a Delivery Partners to help us deliver your goods safely and quickly.

For STANDARD deliveries

We use our Inhouse Freight Forwarders. 

Please Note: Orders placed or emailed before 11.50am on Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day. Generally, if a dispatch is going to a Sydney, Melbourne or Queensland Metro location – they will also be delivered on the weekend.
Orders placed on Fridays: Please note that for orders placed after 11:50am on a Friday – they will mostly not be processed until Monday. 

For EXPRESS deliveries

Please contact us to make arrangements for freight that needs to be allocated as Express. Fees and Charges apply.

Unable to deliver: 

We ask that you nominate a contact phone number in the instance when the driver is unable to deliver goods to your destination and they may contact you if needed.

Delivery times

Once processed, dispatches usually take between 1 to 6 working days for Australian deliveries and sometimes longer for remote areas.

These delivery times relate only to business days, Monday to Friday, and exclude weekends and Australian public holidays.

As a general rule;  

  • Sydney Metro deliveries are usually 1 working day (overnight service), 
  • Canberra deliveries usually 2 working days, 
  • Adelaide, Brisbane and Melbourne around 2-3 working days, 
  • Perth and Darwin around 4-5 working days 
  • and rural deliveries around 6 working days.

Whilst we make every effort to deliver by the estimated timeframe, all dates specified are estimates only. We have aligned ourselves with transport partners who we believe will always do their best to deliver products by the estimated delivery date. We can’t be held liable for loss or damage resulting from late delivery but we will do our best to help you in these circumstances.

Delivery confirmation

When placing your order, there is a section where we ask you for the nominated email address you would like to receive tracking information, notifications, and delivery details. 
We usually notify you of the status of your order within 24hrs (next business day), to let you know how your order is progressing, or when it has been shipped. In cases where we have run out of a particular item, we will contact you by email or phone as soon as possible to discuss your order if we cannot dispatch the item to you within 7 days.

If your order is sent by courier, they will email you the delivery details including an estimated delivery timeframe and consignment number, so you can track your delivery online. It will also include any delivery instructions you have provided, eg ‘Please leave parcel behind red pot on porch’.

If your order is sent by Australia Post, we’ll provide an estimated arrival date so you know approximately when to expect it.

There are rare occasions where external factors completely outside of the control of our delivery partners can delay a parcel, despite their best endeavours, so we do ask for your patience and cooperation in these circumstances.
