COVID changed the way deliver goods.
We’re doing everything we can to deliver quickly, while keeping our people, customers and the community safe.
Help us out by being COVID safe
- Please keep 1.5 metres from our delivery drivers.
- If you’re experiencing symptoms, please let your driver know.
- Wear a mask where required and practice good hygiene.
To avoid unnecessary contact, if you have symptoms or have COVID, we’re not asking you to sign for deliveries. If the sender has requested a signature, we’ll ask for, and record, a name before confirming delivery.

We’ve put in place new measures to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 in our workplaces. But this isn’t just about keeping our people safe. We’re doing our bit to keep the community safe as well.

Ordinarily deliveries take:
Metro Cities;
– Sydney
– Melbourne
– Brisbane
1-3 business days, from orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday.
For Other Locations;
– Western Australia
– Northern Territory
– Remote Rural Locations (Country)
Deliveries can take up to 5 working days.
Most deliveries do send tracking details. Please keep us updated with your mobile and contact numbers for our drivers to contact you if they’re having trouble.
Contact your account manager to obtain the best price. Our procurement team can find it for you.
Yes contact your account manager to arrange. We can arrange same day delivery if the item is from our warehouse or head office.
We can deliver on the weekends;
– Metro locations are getting Saturday deliveries
– In urgent situations we may be able to arrange Sunday deliveries depending on the location.
**Double check with your Account manager to see if a weekend delivery can be arranged for your location.
